Came to Om for dinner and enjoyed a variety of dishes. The katori chaat made for a great starter being both fresh and flavourful. The dhabeli was decent but unfortunately not hot making it less appealing than it could have been if served hot. The staff added a Gobi Manchurian to our bill without our requesting for it which was disappointing. Also, dishes are prepared in a random order and come out at different times - something to keep in mind for larger groups.

Ordered some rice and Naan for my dinner. I wait over 25 minutes to get my order, just a small rice and 2 garlic Naan bread. I had to go up to the counter and ask when they started calling orders that where after me. Very loud and messy environment. The worst part is I got home and when I opened the plastic bag I could see a black hair in my rice that still has the plastic cover on. Beyond gross. I want a refund.

Food is good. Taste authentic. Is bistro not fine dine in. You order with the cashier and they call for you order ready kind of fast food places. No waitress. They have a lots of options of dessert. You choose and they put it on a box and charge you for weight I would come back.

I like the ambiance of this place.Even though their food disappointed multiple times we revisited several time.Last visit we ordered chili-paneer and kachori. Panner was fried and was not only extremely spicy but also hard to chew.The Kachori wasn't the actual kachori but the puri with bhel inside it. It was difficult to break into pieces.We spent money but had to go home empty stomach as we couldn't eat. Kids couldn't eat either as it was extremely spicy. I used to recommend this place now I am not sure. They do have good variety of sweets and snacks which we have been buying and we do liked it.

I m never gonna go back there and want to let everyone know that they serve leftover food which smells disgusting. If u want to eat good food then please don’t go over there

The order person has so attitude for the customer in request also they honestly since I was suggested by BAPS temple for this location and because of vegan option I will have to go with it - But if owner is there to see review he need to really see with order person Jai SwamiNaryan

Food quality is consistently very good. Prices are quite reasonable. One request to the owners, please look into non veg dishes. If you are able to make butter chicken as good as the paneer Tikka masala, you will see me there pretty much every week.

It's absolutely not worth having sweets from OM Indian Bistro Restaurant Phoenix Arizona. We have been to this restaurant to buy some good Indian sweets and end up buying the assorted sweets however, first there were no such varieties and second not at all good in taste. It was very disheartening. If you are craving for good Indian sweets, I would suggest to buy the frozen ones even those are better.
